Saint Andrews Road. Auditionees may attend either date, and should view the audition packet and fill out the online audition form at www.midlandcenter.org/auditions.

Chekhov’s final play is a portrait of a family on the brink of social change in Tsarist Russia. Refusing to acknowledge that their estate is about to be sold out from under their well-shot feet, the aristocratic Gayev family laments over old times and lost chances, all the while turning a blind eye to the new social class that’s waiting at the gate.
