Location: On the Auditorium Stage at Midland Center for the Arts
Sommelier and professional musician, Aaron Sherman, has curated an event featuring a four-course food and wine pairing. The selections will be matched with musical offerings of Sterling Elliott, a magnetic and entertaining cellist and 2019 Sphinx Organization Competition Winner! Join us for a night of fabulous music, delicious food, outstanding company and meaningful cause – education and engagement offerings to support our community! This unique evening also includes an auction with opportunities to bid on exclusive dinners, getaways and other exceptional experiences! Guests can also purchase a ticket ($20 each) to choose a random bottle of wine (some selections valued over $100) from the Wine Wall. Act fast – this event sold out last year and promises to sell out again!.

The menu may include:
First Course: Tuscan greens and ricotta salata and a white balsamic drizzle
Second Course: Roasted line caught cobia with cream sauce and corn/edamame succotash
Third Course: Roasted chicken breast and mushroom braised leg sous vide with a meadly of roasted autumn vegetables
Fourth Course: “Slab” of boneless shortribs with BBQ bourbon glaze, sweet potato mash and bacon braised kale
Each course will be paired with wines selected by guest host Aaron Sherman.
Proceeds support the MSO’s youth musical education and outreach programs.
