Enjoy an old fashioned Victorian Christmas as you explore the 1874 Bradley Home decked out in traditional holiday splendor! Celebrate the season with parlor games, seasonal music, vintage ornaments, holiday crafts and more. Docent tours, holiday music, and selfies with Father Christmas will round out the day!
The theme for this year is ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’. The Twelve Days of Christmas was first published in 1780 as a rhyme, becoming popular in 1909. We will have mini displays of each day intermingled with traditional Victorian Christmas decorations throughout the Bradley Home, and a scavenger hunt to find all of the displays!
BSince 2000, Blue Dingman has hand painted 102 buildings, and designed the layout that makes up her Christmas village. With the assistance of Ann Schoren, she had made it available for public view during the month of December since 2006. Come celebrate the final time this amazing village will be on display!
