Explore the world of robotics as you start from the ground up. Discover the basics of circuitry and programming as you design a moving sculpture and program a computer game. At the end of the week, build an underwater robot structure and drive it in our test pool!

Mid-Mich Voice Academy (14+)

Registration will open on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 12 noon

Do you love to sing? Would you like meet other passionate singers? The Mid-Michigan Voice Academy is a one-week intensive for people like you, a chance to dive into the many aspects of vocal music. You will have the opportunity to meet and speak with accomplished professionals from the Broadway and operatic stage, receive instruction and coaching on solo performance in a masterclass setting, and engage in a lively choral experience with your fellow participants culminating in a public concert at the end of the week!

This course requires travel within the region. Tuition will be based on the level of participation, with details announced closer to the regisration date of April 15, 2019.

Centered on Ceramics Gr 3-5

Roll, pinch, coil and throw yourself into the medium of clay. Students will learn many different ways to manipulate clay by using hand building techniques.

Have fun creating your own projects utilizing your new-found skills. The potter’s wheel will be introduced toward the end of this class; glazing techniques will also be covered.
