Stage Struck Act 2 Grades 2-3

Spend the week learningn important theatrical skills like blocking, projecting and character developement. On Friday one hour prior to the end of class, you’ll present your variety show, “Broadway Bound” for family and friends!

Anime, in addition to manga (Japanese comics), is extremely popular in Japan and well known throughout the world. Anime is commonly referred to as an art form. As a visual medium, it naturally places a large emphasis on visual styles. The styles can vary from artist to artist or studio to studio. While different titles and different artists have their own artistic styles, many stylistic elements have become so common such that they are described as being definitive of anime in general. Learn the basic drawing guidleines of Anime’s visual characteristics, terminology, character design and some animation technique.
