Our Beginning Photography session will help you understand your camera, enabling you to take better photos. Explore how cameras work, exposure, and composition. This class will include concepts of: aperture, shutter speed, film speed, focus, and reasons to leave AUTO setting. Class includes hands-on practice in various shooting situations, with assignments and critique being major parts of this class, including work outside of class time. Some outdoor field excursions will be planned with the class participants once the group begins to meet.
Please bring your camera, tripod, and camera manual to the first class.
