Advanced Critique

Artists explore their individual genre of work using the media of their choice. The class meets for 90 minutes each week for discussions, questions on works-in-progress and designing new strategies for conceptual expansion. There will be two formal critiques in this course, each lasting three hours: one in the middle of the term, and one the final day. The artists will have the opportunity to bring two works for review. The final critique will consist of a locally well-known artist or art-related professional invited to participate in the review.
