Intermediate Ceramics

In this intermediate class you can chose to participate in assignments were you will explore form and surface as well as how each are important in the creation of a successful piece of work. Or you can work on your own projects with tutelage from your instructor Whether you wish to construct your projects by means of sculpture, hand building (using pinch, coil, model, or slab work) or by throwing on the potter’s wheel, individual instruction and demonstrations will be available.

The studio will be available for working independently outside of class time. Material fee: Clay can be purchased from the instructor for $35, porcelain for $45.
