The Children's School of Music (TCSOM) is dedicated to creating a lifelong source of inner expression, creativity, happiness and fulfillment by uncovering children's natural musical talents. Classes will start in their new space on January 24, 2012. The winter session for new students begins on January 30. For more information, contact: info@thechildrensschoolofmusic.com
The Children's School of Music follows the Harmony Road Method & Philosophy of music instruction. We are dedicated to uncovering children's natural music talents by developing their rhythmic, lyrical, harmonic and instrumental languages and skills. These languages and skills comprise "musicianship" and provide a lifelong source of inner expression, creativity, happiness and fulfillment.
Our music instructors are trained and qualified in teaching the Harmony Road method for piano lessons, keyboard lessons and guitar lessons. The Harmony Road Curriculum provides a holistic approach to music instruction. Courses are carefully constructed for children to learn the basic building blocks of music. Children experience musical concepts and absorb patterning through ear training, solfege singing, solo and ensemble keyboard playing, rhythmic activities, movement, and music creativity.
Please visit The Children's School of Music website for more details on class offerings and for class registration.
