This annual event is organized jointly with the Midland Music Teachers Association. Community piano students and their teachers play selections at various skill levels throughout the evening. At any given time, the playing group can range from approximately 20 to 40 students, usually performing a duet. Students and teachers play on one of the 20 pianos on stage provided by Hammell Music. Approximately 550 students perform to a capacity audience. This event provides students a rare opportunity to play under the direction of a conductor.
