Donations to Support Not for Profit Organizations in the Community
Midland Center for the Arts is a nonprofit organization where people find meaning and connection in their busy lives through inspiring science, history and arts experiences. We appreciate all local not for profit organizations and wish to be supportive of your efforts to improve our community.
Thanks to the generosity of our artists and funders, if tickets to events or performances are available, we may be able to donate tickets for your fundraising or charity event for qualified nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations.
Unfortunately, however, our resources and ticket inventory are limited and we cannot honor all requests. At a maximum, we donate to a specific organization only ONCE per calendar year. In addition, producers of some presentations, performances and events do not allow any type of ticket donation, and those who do permit a limited supply.

Eligibility
If your organization is a registered 501(c)3, you are eligible to apply. If your organization is NOT a 501(c)3, you may be considered for a promotional ticket partnership, and should contact the marketing department at willcox@midlandcenter.org.
If you are interested in a voucher good toward tickets or events, you may apply with the following understanding:
- All applicants must be a registered 501(c)3 organization and be prepared to provide proof of same.
- Due to inventory, we simply cannot honor all requests.
- If your request is granted, your organization may be approved for one (1) event per calendar year.
- Annual Gala-type events are preferred to smaller events.
Donation Processing
January 1 – March 31 / request your ticket donation no later than Dec. 1
After your request is reviewed, you will receive an email stating whether or not your request has been approved. If approved, the email will have the donated voucher attached as a PDF, or we will mail you your voucher along with accompanying materials.
This voucher must be redeemed at the Center Ticket Office NO LATER THAN THE REDEMPTION DEADLINE. The voucher is void and cannot be honored after that time. Donation vouchers are not eligible for any refunds, exchanges or upgrades.
PLEASE NOTE that donation vouchers are also subject to availability. If at the time of redemption tickets are no longer available to the event you choose, our ticket office will do their best to accommodate a replacement, but it is not guaranteed. Notification of donation requests will be sent via email the week following the request deadline for that selection period.
