Polyglot Theatre’s “TANGLE” Tangle is a huge, colorful, messy, fun, interactive elastic-weaving event created by children and their families. It’s part visual arts installation, part performance, part playground, part dance party and all chaos. Unspooling balls of brightly colored elastic and wrapping them around a small forest of poles, children – assisted by costumed performers, the “Weavers” – create their own unique, abstract landscape and an ever-evolving play space. In this giant experiment, children are in charge!
Although the installation will be on view each date, families may only interact with Tangle during daily session times:
11 am | Noon | 1 pm | 3:30 pm | 4:30 pm | 5:30 pm | 6:15 pm
(no 6:15 pm session on Sunday)
