Richard Hughey
Richard Hughey is currently the director of orchestral activities at Western Illinois University School of Music.
Hughey previously served as the artistic director and conductor of the orchestras at Dresden University of Technology (TU Dresden). He is also founder and Director of the Kammerorchestra Tonus, which is comprised of members of the Stattskapelle Dresden and the Dresdener Philharmonie. Dr. Hughey has a D.M.A. in cello performance from the University of Arizona where he studied with Gordon Epperson and an M.M. from the University of Utah in conducting and cello performance. Dr. Hughey also taught at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and is currently Artistic Director and Conductor of the University Orchestra at the University of Dresden.

Darryl One
Mr. One is currently Music Director of the Victoria Symphony Orchestra in Texas and was also Music Director of the Modesto Symphony Orchestra. He has been Associate Conductor for major symphony orchestras such as the Atlanta and Denver Symphony Orchestras. Mr. One also has an impressive list of guest conducting appearances, such as the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington D.C., the Tokyo Philharmonic, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Houston Symphony Orchestra. He received his M.M. in conducting from Indiana University. Mr. One has been on faculty at Stetson University and the University of Rochester.

Sandra Dackow
Dr. Dackow is currently Music Director and Conductor of the Hershey Symphony Orchestra in Pennsylvania and was Music Director and Conductor of the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra in New Jersey. She is also president elect of the Conductors Guild. Dr. Dackow has a strong record of guest conducting appearances throughout the United States and Europe. She is a nationally known string pedagogue and is co-author of a new strings method program entitled, "Orchestral Expressions." She received her M.M and Ph.D. from the Eastman School of Music with her main instrument being violin. Dr. Dackow taught at Slippery Rock University and Brandeis University.

Antonia Joy Wilson
Dr. Wilson founded and is currently Artistic Director and Conductor of the Mostly Mahler Orchestra and Chorus in California and of Le Festivale Orchestra and Chorus in Colorado. She conducts regularly in Europe and the United States. Dr. Wilson was awarded two European conducting prizes and has conducted in Romania, the Czech Republic, Russia, Hungary, Poland, India and China. She was appointed by Leonard Slatkin to be his associate with the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Wilson received an M.M. in conducting at the University of Southern California and she completed her D.M.A. in conducting at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Dr. Wilson has taught at Florida Southern College and East Tennessee State Universities.
