SCHOOL SPIRIT SATURDAYS
Jefferson Middle School - Saturday, October 24, 2009
Northeast Middle School - Saturday, November 7, 2009
Central Middle School - Saturday, November 14, 2009

Midland Center for the Arts is offering a fundraising opportunity to local middle schools with the goal of encouraging their students (and parents) to visit the EINSTEIN exhibition.

Einstein was not only one of the most brilliant scientists in history, but also led an interesting personal life. He used his fame to champion causes from nuclear disarmament to civil rights. Born before the age of radio in 1897, he saw the development of technologies like radio, television, computers and the automobile. Einstein died in 1955, but the effects of his genius are still felt by today’s scientist and the general public though many don’t know it.

We want these students to see that “one man can make a difference.”

For the dates mentioned above, we would like to offer “$1 for each ticket sold”* to be donated to the participating middle school.

*Purchaser must mention the school spirit promotion or present flyer for the school to benefit.
